1MW Biogas Generator Set Sent to Vietnam
August 14th, 2025-Today, Shandong Lvhuan Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lvhuan Power") officially shipped a 1000 kW large biogas generator set to Vietnam.
Starting from Shandong production base in China, the unit will be shipped to Ho Chi Minh Port in Vietnam via Qingdao Port, marking a key step in the strategic layout of Lvhuan Power in Vietnam's environmental protection energy market.
The unit delivered this time belongs to a brand-new upgraded model of Lvhuan Power, with a single machine power coverage of 1,000 kW, which has the advantages of high-efficiency conversion, low emission and intelligent control system. The unit takes "leading power, economy and reliability" as the core standard, and adapts to landfill sites, agricultural waste treatment and other scenarios to help Vietnamese customers realize waste gas resource utilization.
Relying on ISO9001 quality management system and independent research and development capabilities, Green Power provides "one-stop" services from engineering design, equipment debugging to operation and maintenance support. The core components of the unit have been rigorously tested to ensure stable operation in high temperature and high humidity Southeast Asia.
In recent years, the export volume of Lvhuan Power in Southeast Asia has reached 30-50 million yuan/year, and its products have penetrated into markets such as the Philippines, Myanmar, Laos and Indonesia. The Vietnam project is the key link of its clean energy plan in Southeast Asia, which is expected to promote the upgrading of regional biomass power generation projects.
The unit is shipped by sea via Qingdao Port (about 5-8 days' voyage), and professional freight forwarders complete export customs declaration, Vietnam customs clearance and destination distribution. Green Power strictly abides by Vietnam's import standards for environmental protection equipment and provides full-process compliance documents.
Lvhuan Power is rooted in Zhangqiu Zheshan Industrial Park in Shandong, with a production base of 40,000 square meters and a technical team of more than 200 people, and has been focusing on the research and development of gas-fired power generation equipment for more than ten years.
